2018 - 2019 Season
Our 2018-2019 Season will run from September 4th, 2018 to June 29th, 2019.
We will not hold classes on Stat Holidays.
Winter Break Dates:
December 14, 2018 - January 6, 2019
Winter Recital Date: December 14, 2018
Spring Break Dates: March 18 - 31, 2019
Year End Recital Date: June 22, 2019
Registration can take place throughout the year.
Registrations are made online and include emergency contact, allergy and medical information for each student. Find your class and age group in the colored boxes below. Then, click on the September to June or the Drop in options to access the registration form.
We also have registration forms that can be filled out at the studio.
Tuition for the season, starting September 2018, is $580 or $525 per program (if on a Monday), based on a 10 month commitment.
Classes have been calculated for the year, taking into consideration stat holidays and Spring and Christmas Breaks
and the number of classes each month will vary.
Registration Fees- $25.
A one time Registration Fee of $25.00 will be applied for each family that would like to make monthly payments, instead of paying in full.
This does not apply if you have paid this fee in previous seasons.
Drop Ins - $17. per class
You are welcome to try a class as a Drop In as long as there is space in the class. Please email us before your desired class to inquire about space.
Filing out the online registration form gives us your required family information and signed waiver.
If you haven't supplied us with a credit card number, your drop in fee MUST be paid in cash or cheque, at the studio, prior to class.
Families that have entered a credit card number in the online registration form, your credit card will be charged for each drop in, daily.
One paid drop in will be discounted off your full season registration if you register within 7 days of your drop in
Your participation in our Winter and Spring recital is not guaranteed without regular attendance.
One payment for the full season of ten months, September to June.
September fees (including registration fee if applicable) and nine post-dated cheques dated the 1st of each month, October - June.
NSF service fee : $20.00
Payment by Visa or MasterCard is available during the onilne registration process with the option to pay in full or on the 1st of every month.
Online registration can be completed without entering a credit card. Please indicate your payment method in the comments section. Enrollment is not complete until payment options are accepted.
We offer Family discounts based on how many classes your family takes in the season.
The discount structure is as follows:
1st class $580
2nd class $522
3rd class $493
4th class $464
5th class $435
6th + class $406
If one family member takes 3 classes, the tuition would be 580 + 522 + 493 = 1595/season or 159.50 per month.
If three family members take one class each, the tuition would be 580 + 522 + 493 = 1595/season or 159.50 per month.
If two family members are taking two classes each, the tuition would be 580 + 522 + 493 + 464 = 2059/season or 205.90 per month.
Early cancellation of monthly payments will forfeit one month of fees and a refund or studio credit will be made available.
Full season payments are NOT refundable.
